RETURN POLICY

If you are looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return or exchange must be done within 7 days of receiving your order and the first step that you should do during the first 24 to 48 hours, is to send us an email to: CustomerService@ajonjolispice33bazaar.com The email must include: (1) Your contact information (name, telephone number, and email) (2) Receipt or proof of purchase (3) Return or exchange reason (4) Order Id (5) If damaged or broken, you should add a photo of the item.

In response, you will receive an email with the specifics instructions to follow when making the return. Once you send the package, you should notify us to the same email, so we can track it.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a three (3) day term, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Notice that our compromise it’s to process the refund during that term, but it may take some time, for your bank institution, before your refund is officially posted.

So, if you have a late or missing refund, you should contact first your credit card company or bank institution and then you should contact us at CustomerService@ajonjolispice33bazaar.com .

 Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Non-returnable items:
    1. Perishable goods.
    2. Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
    3. Gift cards.
    4. Personal care items.
    5. Opened health & beauty items.
    6. Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    7. Items that were marked in our page as non-returnable.
    8. Items sent out of the 7-day return period since delivery.
    9. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and if applicable, you need to follow the above instructions.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless we express something different in the first response email. Shipping costs are non-refundable, subsequently they will be deducted from your refund.
