If you are looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return or exchange must be done within 15 days of receiving your order and the first step that you should make, it’s sending us an email to: CustomerService@ajonjolispice33bazaar.com The email must include: (1) Your contact information (name, telephone number and email) (2) Receipt or proof of purchase (3) Return or exchange reason (4) Order Id (5) If damaged or broken, you should add a photo of the item.
In response, you will receive an email with the specifics instructions to follow when making the return. Once you send the package, you should notify us to the same email, so we can track it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a three (3) day term, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Notice that our compromise it’s to process the refund during that term, but it may take some time, for your bank institution, before your refund is officially posted.
So, if you have a late or missing refund, you should contact first your credit card company or bank institution and then you should contact us at 1 (787) 396-8120.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Perishable goods.
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Personal care items.
- Opened health & beauty items.
- Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items that was marked in our page as non-returnable.
- Items send out of the 15 days return period since delivery.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damages and if applicable, you need to follow the above instructions.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless we express something different in the first response email. Shipping costs are non-refundable, subsequently they will be deducted from your refund.

This website is owned by Ajonjolí&Spice33 Bazaar LLC, from now on the “BAZAAR”.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Bazaar. The Bazaar offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions, policies or notices.

Section 18: Arbitration Clause
If any party need to file a complaint, will be forced by this arbitration clause to send an email to the other parties with the complaint motive and the complaint will be filed with an arbitrator, a neutral specialist who will make an objective decision. The arbitrator should listen all the party’s position, evaluate all the documents including Bazaar’s terms of services, policies and issue an objective determination/award (laudo) mandatory for all parties. The governing law for the arbitration process will be the Law of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. This arbitration clause is compulsory and and non-compliance has the effect of depriving the court of jurisdiction. That's how the parties understand it.
Section 19: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. If any legal action is required it will be under the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and will be filed only after complying with the arbitration clause (Section 18).

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.AjonjolíSpice33Bazaar.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
- Bazaar it’s an online shopping that works worldwide with different manufacturers, for that reason the shipping costs and the time of delivery may vary depending on the choose product.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. If you have any doubts, we recommend using a currency converter.
- Customs and duties: Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
- In orders purchased and shipped to Puerto Rico, we will charge the tax of 11.5%. The Puerto Rico's Sales and Use Tax (SUT: Sales and Use Tax, IVU) is the combined sales and use tax that applies to most sales in Puerto Rico.
- In Bazaar, our compromise it’s to place the order in maximum 48 hours, but we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.
- International orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing item prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
- Wrong or Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided by you at the checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
- Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally, we will inform you by email, within the next 48 hours since your checkout process.
- Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday to Friday.
- Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items. Ex. Some items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
- Usually you will receive your order anywhere from 5-14 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. This could change for different reasons, that would be informed to you by email.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of order, shipments may be delated by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Damages: Bazaar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
